Limits
What we don't do here
Interior work has limits too.
Open tenant suites
We work in common areas and agreed suites only, with a building escort.
Mold or leak repair
If we find moisture at a skylight we report it. Repair is for your engineer.
Glass that is already cracked
We flag it and work around it until your glazier has seen it.
Questions about this work
Do you need the building to be empty?
Not empty, but quiet. We plan the route around your security desk and any late tenants.
Do you bring your own lift?
Yes, where the plan needs one. Lifts and scaffold towers go on protected floor, with a spotter.
Can you clean a lobby with a revolving door?
Yes. We work the doors in sections and keep one entrance open.
Want the drop plan for your building?
Send the address and the number of floors. A surveyor replies within one business day to set the roof visit.
