FAQ
Questions from building managers and boards
Bids
How is the bid decided?
By the number of bays and floors, the access method, balcony glass and how often you want it. The roof visit is how we count them. See how we bid.
What happens at the roof visit?
A surveyor walks the roof with your engineer, checks the anchors, counts the bays and measures the glass. It usually takes an hour or two.
When do I get the number?
In writing, after the roof visit, with the weeks we propose and the drop plan.
Insurance
Are you insured, and can I see the certificate?
Yes. A certificate of insurance with the limits goes to your manager or lender on request, before the first drop.
The crew
Who is on the crew?
Technicians, a safety director, a surveyor and a scheduler. The drop plan names the lead on your building.
Notice
What do residents get told?
A notice, written with you, saying which floors on which days. A text goes to your contact on the morning of each drop.
Weather
What happens when the wind picks up?
The ropes come off the face at the limit in your plan. Your contact is texted, and we reschedule within the month where we can.
Schedule
How long does a tower take?
It depends on the bays, the glass and the weather. The bid gives the weeks we propose, and each day's report shows progress.
Terms
What if you miss a window?
Tell us within two business days and we clean the bay again on the next drop at no extra charge.
Where
Which areas do you serve?
Brickell north to Golden Beach in Miami-Dade, and Hallandale Beach to Pompano Beach in Broward. Type a ZIP on the service area page.
